Mother's Day

Woah. Has 2013 flown by or what? It's hard to believe that Mother's Day is already here. On our agenda this weekend: celebrating this special holiday with our mom over brunch. We both plan to wear something similar to this spring-y outfit for the occasion. A peach sundress is perfect for spring or summer. Heeled sandals, comfortable for a variety of activities, are a must. And, to finish off the look: a clutch that screams 'lady-like picnic.'

Summer Silhouettes

Almost all of our recent purchases have been dresses. Prints, stripes, lace, and solids of all shapes and silhouettes have come home with us lately. We have probably said it before, and we will say it again: dresses are one of our go-to items during the warmer months. Pair a dress with your favorite sandals, flats, heels, wedges, or even sneakers in some cases, and you are good to go for almost any occasion. The only question is, why are the five dresses above not it our closet yet?

Floral Pants

Peyton and I have never owned a pair of floral pants before these. We found this pair of pants last week at Gap, and think they will be a very versatile statement piece to wear on warm, sunny days in the near future. We have been doing a little extra shopping lately to find the perfect items to spruce up our wardrobe for spring and summer, and to add a few unexpected items to our closet.
